What counts as an AI minute?
Connected time while the assistant is actively handling the call, recorded to the nearest second. Completed human transfers stop AI-minute charging. Hold-time treatment will be shown separately before launch.
When included minutes run out
An active call can finish, new paid calls pause, and the account shows a clear warning. Minute packs use a separate hosted checkout; saving a threshold and cap does not authorize an unattended charge.
Optional top-ups
Add minutes without changing the plan.
Top-ups are one-time minute packs. Purchased minutes do not expire and carry over until consumed, refunded or revoked, or the account is deleted.
